Saturday, May 5 - Wednesday, May 9, 2012.

Dear Friend of Israel,

We are busy finalizing all the plans for the upcoming 5-day Israel Market Place.

If you plan to participate as a volunteer in this exciting event, please fill out the attached Volunteer Registration Form.  You can drop off the form at Living Word's Lobby, or you can also fax it to the attention of Barb Williamson at  (763) 315-7155.  You may also mail it to Barb Williamson, LWCC, 9201 75th Ave N., Brooklyn Park, MN 55428. 

If you have any questions, please call and leave a message at (763) 315-7141 and someone will promptly return your call.

We are allocating (on a first come basis) free T-shirts for new volunteers, please submit your registration form with your t-shirt size ASAP to increase our chances of receiving it.

Youth (12 and older) are also welcome, they may help as runners.  If you are bringing youth to volunteer, please fill out this form for them. (We need one form per person.)

Please notice that we have multiple positions at the show.   The roles in the show are:

Sales people:  Assist on the show floor to sell products, BUT do NOT have to handle payment.

Sales team leaders:  Responsible for one table at the show.  They are required to work multiple days.  We also ask that they arrive during set up time to familiarize themselves with the merchandise.

Cashiers:  Receive payments for merchandise at a centralized cashier station.  If you have experience in working in this position, we might need your help!

Runners:  Pick up merchandise in the sales room and move it to the package pick up area.

Merchandise pick up / sorter:  Sort the merchandise for pick up and give the merchandise to the customer once it had been paid.  This is the position for those who would like to help, but don't like the sales or cashier areas.
